I would say maybe a little more as my aquafit classes at the pool are back in full swing and in the summer there are less of them

  2. Mark V
    Mark V says:

I actually excersise more in the fall, its the cool weather, in the summer when its too hot I can motivate myself and I hate the cold.

  3. andrea amy
    andrea amy says:

About the same. I mostly just walk, and I walk year round. I’m most active in the spring and fall when its not too hot and not too cold. I’m definitely more active in the fall compared to the summer.

  4. Megan Denholm
    Megan Denholm says:

I tend to exercise a little less because all my midterms are in the fall season. Back to regular workout schedule in 2 weeks!

  5. KellyPC
    KellyPC says:

A bit more but I also find I walk a lot more in fall, I hate being sticky/sweaty so I avoid walking really long distances when it’s super hot/humid out unless I can swim or shower once I get to where I’m going. In fall I can walk all the way downtown, do a bit of shopping, walk around a bit more & then go to dinner or a movie when I’m done without feeling gross.

  6. jay nelson
    jay nelson says:

I certainly go for more walks in the fall. But overall I suspect I do not exercise more in this season, just differently.

  7. Londia
    Londia says:

I would say it changes from different exercise but about the same of trying to keep moving. From walking outside to exercising inside with videos on Youtube.

  8. Jenn
    Jenn says:

I’d say about the same or more since I love running outdoors in the fall (I love the orange leaves and crisp air). Also, I live close to a gym so if the weather is too bad, I still don’t have any excuses.

  9. Suzi
    Suzi says:

I actually find I exercise more in the fall because it isn’t that hot and I know if I don’t I will be crushed when everyone else decides to do it as their New Year’s Resolution!*l*

I actually exercise about the same in every season. Summer is just more fun and easier with biking, tennis, swimming, etc. The colder months tend to be inside and have to push myself to get down and exercise on the stationary bike or a work out tape

  12. Wanda Tracey
    Wanda Tracey says:

  15. Krista M
    Krista M says:

I get more exercise done in the fall because the cooler weather helps me not get so hot. In the summer it can get unbearable to walk/run outdoors in the blazing heat, so I find the cooler temperatures help get the job done.

  16. Susan M
    Susan M says:

I probably exercise a little less in the fall, since the summer weather leads me outside to exercise naturally. In the fall I actually have to try!

In fall I would say I get more exercise since I help out to clean up the yard besides doing some walking. Don’t own any walking or running shoes so this win of Sport Chek GC would help me out a lot that way.

  19. Alayne Langford

As the weather tends to get colder, I tend to go into hibernation mode! I think the Fit Bit Charge would help motivate me to exercise, even if that means taking a run up and down the stairs in my home! 🙂

  26. Wendi Maroon
    Wendi Maroon says:

About the same, but in different ways. In the fall I’m in the gym, in the warmer months I worked out a great routine outside in the park on the swings and the mkoney bars (?). Rollerblade and swim in the warm weather, hike in the fall.

  27. Gracie Mc
