I would say maybe a little more as my aquafit classes at the pool are back in full swing and in the summer there are less of them

About the same. I mostly just walk, and I walk year round. I’m most active in the spring and fall when its not too hot and not too cold. I’m definitely more active in the fall compared to the summer.

A bit more but I also find I walk a lot more in fall, I hate being sticky/sweaty so I avoid walking really long distances when it’s super hot/humid out unless I can swim or shower once I get to where I’m going. In fall I can walk all the way downtown, do a bit of shopping, walk around a bit more & then go to dinner or a movie when I’m done without feeling gross.

I certainly go for more walks in the fall. But overall I suspect I do not exercise more in this season, just differently.

I would say it changes from different exercise but about the same of trying to keep moving. From walking outside to exercising inside with videos on Youtube.

I’d say about the same or more since I love running outdoors in the fall (I love the orange leaves and crisp air). Also, I live close to a gym so if the weather is too bad, I still don’t have any excuses.

I actually exercise about the same in every season. Summer is just more fun and easier with biking, tennis, swimming, etc. The colder months tend to be inside and have to push myself to get down and exercise on the stationary bike or a work out tape

I get more exercise done in the fall because the cooler weather helps me not get so hot. In the summer it can get unbearable to walk/run outdoors in the blazing heat, so I find the cooler temperatures help get the job done.

In fall I would say I get more exercise since I help out to clean up the yard besides doing some walking. Don’t own any walking or running shoes so this win of Sport Chek GC would help me out a lot that way.

Keeping up with demanding schedules/school commitments with my son is pretty much all the exercise that I can muster taking care of my family. I find in the winter – I tend not to hibernate – usually get reacquainted with my treadmill on a daily 4 month basis. Boosts the spirits in winter and makes me feel positive and GREAT.
