So, this exercise thing is pretty fun once you get into a rhythm, isn’t it? I have been making my weekly trips to GoodLife Fitness and have even convinced my wife to start coming with me. Having the on-site daycare service has been a life saver, literally I guess. Next week I am going to start weight training, which is scary and exciting at the same time, so we’ll see how that goes!

I’m a dad, and so woefully out of shape. I shame my family every day! I WISH I had a Dad-bod at this point.

I would go to the fitness classes
I’d take their group classes!
I would definitely be doing some classes. I miss those the most!
You’d find me on the stairclimber and the treadmill, and maybe at a Body Pump class.

I would take part in the group classes like combat and pump. I would also like to make use of the sauna.

Watching other people exercise for a while and then walking on the threadmill for a start until I get in better shape
I would spend my time at the group fitness classes like Zumba or Body Pump
It has been a rough year. I would spend my time at goodlife bettering myself and making myself stronger.
